Upket Keyboard Privacy Policy

Upket Keyboard ("ứng dụng") là bàn phím tiếng Việt chạy hoàn toàn trên thiết bị của bạn. Chính sách này mô tả những gì ứng dụng làm với dữ liệu.
Tóm tắt
- Ứng dụng không có quyền truy cập Internet. Nội dung bạn gõ không thể được gửi ra khỏi thiết bị bởi ứng dụng.
- Ứng dụng không thu thập, không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân.
- Không có quảng cáo, không có công cụ phân tích hay theo dõi.
Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị
Để hoạt động, ứng dụng lưu chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn:
- Cài đặt bàn phím, theme và ảnh nền bạn chọn.
- Các từ đã học (để gợi ý), từ điển cá nhân, gõ tắt.
- Lịch sử clipboard (chỉ khi bạn bật; mục chưa ghim tự xoá sau 1 giờ).
- Emoji dùng gần đây.
Bạn có thể xem và xoá các từ đã học, xoá lịch sử clipboard, hoặc bật chế độ ẩn danh để ứng dụng không học từ và không lưu clipboard. Gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu này. Ứng dụng tắt sao lưu tự động của Android, nên dữ liệu không được đưa lên đám mây.
Sao lưu do bạn tạo
Chức năng "Sao lưu ra file" tạo một file .zip tại nơi bạn chọn. File chứa cài đặt, từ đã học, gõ tắt, từ điển cá nhân và clipboard đã ghim. Ứng dụng không gửi file này đi đâu; hãy giữ file riêng tư.
Quyền Micro (nhập bằng giọng nói)
Quyền Micro chỉ dùng khi bạn bấm nút nhập bằng giọng nói. Âm thanh được chuyển cho dịch vụ nhận dạng giọng nói của hệ thống trên thiết bị (thường là của Google), không qua ứng dụng này. Việc xử lý âm thanh của dịch vụ đó tuân theo chính sách của nhà cung cấp dịch vụ. Upket Keyboard không ghi âm và không lưu âm thanh.
Báo cáo lỗi
Khi ứng dụng gặp lỗi, một báo cáo (phiên bản ứng dụng, kiểu máy, phiên bản Android, thời điểm và thông tin kỹ thuật về lỗi) được lưu trên thiết bị. Lần mở ứng dụng sau, bạn có thể tự chọn gửi báo cáo qua ứng dụng email của bạn, hoặc bỏ qua. Báo cáo không chứa nội dung bạn gõ. Báo cáo chỉ dùng để sửa lỗi.
Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không nhắm tới trẻ em và không thu thập dữ liệu của bất kỳ ai.

Upket Keyboard ("the app") is a Vietnamese keyboard that runs entirely on your device. This policy describes what the app does with data.
Summary
- The app has no Internet permission. What you type cannot be sent off the device by the app.
- The app does not collect, sell or share personal data.
- No ads, no analytics or tracking.
Data stored on the device
To work, the app keeps on your device only: keyboard settings, the theme and photo you choose, learned words (for suggestions), your personal dictionary and text shortcuts, clipboard history (only when you turn it on; unpinned items are removed after one hour), and recent emoji. You can view and delete learned words, clear the clipboard history, or turn on incognito mode so the app learns nothing and keeps no clipboard. Uninstalling removes all of it. The app turns off Android's automatic backup, so this data does not go to the cloud.
Backups you make
"Save backup to a file" creates a .zip file where you choose. It holds settings, learned words, shortcuts, the personal dictionary and pinned clipboard items. The app does not send it anywhere; keep it private.
Microphone (voice input)
The microphone is used only when you tap the voice input button. Audio goes to the system speech recognition service on your device (usually Google's), not through this app; that service handles it under its provider's policy. Upket Keyboard does not record or keep audio.
Crash reports
When the app crashes, a report (app version, device model, Android version, time and technical details of the error) is kept on the device. The next time you open the app you can choose to send it with your email app, or dismiss it. It contains nothing you typed and is used only to fix bugs.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no one's data.
